The National Academy of Social Insurance (NASI) added 72 newly elected members, including current and former HCFO grantees: Michael Chernew , Harvard Medical School; Richard Frank , Harvard University; and Chapin White , Center for Studying Health System Change. NASI members include distinguished researchers and experts across a range of social insurance topics, including: Social Security and retirement security, Medicare and health coverage, workers’ compensation, private employee benefits, unemployment insurance, and related social assistance programs.
