HCFO grantee Carrie Colla, Ph.D., Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice at the Geisel Medical School, was featured in a New England Journal of Medicine Perspective Roundtable on low-value care, moderated by Atul Gawande, M.D. Colla’s HCFO-funded study examined the prevalence, variation, and correlates of overuse of low-value services, as designated by the Choosing Wisely initiative.
