National Pharmaceutical Council Features Findings from HCFO Study on VBID and Medication Adherence

The National Pharmaceutical Council eNewsletter featured findings from a HCFO-funded study led by Niteesh K. Choudhry, M.D., Ph.D., Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In their recent article in Health Affairs, Choudhry and colleagues identified five key features of value-based insurance design (VBID) plans that are associated with greater medication adherence among patients.
